There are various ways to enjoy the beauty of Sicily’s interior landscapes: by foot, by horse, by bicycle or at the steering wheel of beautiful vintage car.
Along the old “trazzere” (mule tracks), which have been crossing Sicily since ages, our guests will dive into a virgin and varied wilderness. On their path they will encounter Mount Roxiura’s cork forest, the impressive artificial cave system of the Grotte della Gurfa (Gurfa Caves), which date back to the oldest of times and the gardens of Alia’s historic center.
Lead by an experienced guide, our guests will have the chance to harvest fruits and vegetables of the season. In addition, our guests are going to assist the production of dairy products in different cheese factories.
